Fosshotel Reykjavik is Iceland’s biggest hotel and opened as late as 2015. The hotel is situated in the tranquil outskirts of the inner city, in Reykjavik’s business district.
The hotel’s Bjórgarðurinn (”beer garden”) has over 100 different varieties of beer on the menu. The staff will be happy to help you match the right beer to the right dish, and there are lots of different tasting menus to choose from. Food enthusiasts can enjoy an exquisite meal at the Haust restaurant. Michelin star chef Jónas Oddur Björnsson creates menus that are based around the best ingredients of the season and which take inspiration from Icelandic nature.
