We began collecting customer ratings back in October 2009 for our excursions, package holidays and hotels. Since then, we have gathered thousands of ratings from real travellers. We publish all of the ratings that we recieve without filitering anything out. We then use these customer ratings to display an average guest rating for each hotel.
CORRECT INFORMATION
We strive to always ensure that the hotel information we provide is as accurate as it can be. All so that your hotel will live up to your expectations when you arrive. Our hotels are divided by category and we have written detailed descriptions for each hotel based on our own first-hand knowledge and our customers’ reviews. All hotel classifications correspond to the official Icelandic classification, except in cases where we have decided to give a lower classification to a certain hotel.
NO INTERMEDIARIES
We work directly with hotels in Iceland without any intermediaries whatsoever. This means we are able to offer competitive prices on the whole range, from budget hotels and apart-hotels through to youth hostels and the most exclusive hotels in the country.
