“Center Hotel Plaza was perfectly located and whilst busy and a little tired in some corners, was a bargain for the time of year and its prime position in Old Reykjavik. Everything went smoothly and for the price, this was a steal. The room was tidy and whilst there was at least one day the room wasn't touched by any cleaners at all, and tea/coffee weren't replenished, the next day when we hung out the "please clean" sign, it was swiftly done. We heard little to no noise in our room, despite how clearly busy the hotel was during breakfast service and staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful when I needed to print off covid testing documents and arrange transfers. As mentioned before, the location is perfect and having seen where other Center Hotel branches were, I'm glad I picked this one as it's within walking distance of Old Harbour, the newer harbour area (Harpa etc), the shopping district and tour buses. Transfer buses pick up just a street away by the government buildings so it's easy to book day trips etc and there's even an amazing gelato/coffee place right next to the hotel which is open late.”

“Rummet var helt okej, de städade inte rummet varje dag, fick be om rena handukar. Det var renovering på hotellet men det var inte störande. Frukosten blev lite tråkig pga att det var samma varje morgon ingen variation.”

“Perfekt läge i centrum men tyvärr för många flanerande nattsuddare runt hotellet, även i den lilla gränden. Sopbilar kommer tidiga morgnar, dessutom hör man gäster i intilliggande rum och på våningen över. Dörrarna är inte täta heller. I övrigt trevlig personal med hög servicekänsla. Mycket god frukost. Brödet extra högt betyg. ”

“Mysigt rum med fint duschrum och sköna sängar. Centralt. Bra frukost som innehöll allt. Trevlig personal i receptionen därav några talade även svenska. ”

“Litet rum med snedtak, troligen takvåning. Slog ibland i huvudet i taket, är normallång 179 cm. Även snedtak i badrummet fick stå kraftigt böjd över tvättfatet.”

“Ett mycket lyhört hotell med fönster som inte gick att stänga. Dåligt med förvaring av kläder. Toalettdörr gick inte att stänga.”
