The majority of our trips are available for online booking through our website, which provides you with an immediate price quote and availability status.
When searching for a package or product's availability and pricing, the search results will always display the best available price at the time. You can pay for your booking using any credit/debit card. Once the booking is made, we will send you a confirmation email.
In case you make any errors during the booking process, you can contact us within the next business day to make changes or cancel the booking. If you intend to book a trip close to the departure date, please reach out to our travel consultants.

A booking becomes binding when the booking deposit is paid, or immediately upon booking if you are paying by card. Please be aware that the booking deposit should be paid immediately, and at the latest one day after making the booking. If payment has not been made within that time, Vulkan Travel reserves the right to cancel your booking. When booking by credit/debit card, your booking becomes binding the next working day.
Airline regulations are stringent when it comes to changing first or last names, including misspelled names. Most airlines do not allow name changes. However, some may permit it for a fee, which can vary. It's critical to check the spelling of names twice to ensure accuracy.
The name on your ticket must match the name on your passport, or you may be denied boarding during check-in. Please take this into account to avoid any inconvenience.
Upon booking your trip, you will receive a booking confirmation and an invoice via email shortly. We kindly request that you review all details in the confirmation to ensure consistency with your booking. If you notice any discrepancies or encounter any issues with your booking, please contact us immediately via telephone or email, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
We perform routine checks on all web bookings, although it's ultimately the customer's responsibility to verify their own booking. If we detect anything unusual, we will reach out to our customers to review the booking together.
Travel insurance is not included in our prices. We do not offer travel insurance; please contact an insurance company individually for this. Please bring your insurance certificates!
If you need to modify your booking and the changes involve a departure date change, you will be charged a fee of $30 per change, provided that the trip can still proceed as planned. These changes refer to modifications made to a single booking.
After final payment has been made your travel documents will be sent to you. We aim to provide our customers with all of their travel documents 14 days prior to departure.
NOTE! If you haven’t received your flight tickets or vouchers 7 days before departure, contact Vulkan Travel immediately. Your booking confirmation is not a valid travel document.

Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode is a 3D-secure product, the standard needed for secure identification of card customers paying online. Card companies that offer their customers this facility can use this method of identifying and verifying the card customer in a secure way. The card customer is linked to the card issuer and needs to state a username and a password.
