After your trip

We’re eager to hear your thoughts about your trip to Iceland and your experience with our service. Your feedback is incredibly valuable – it helps us improve and gives future travelers a better idea of what to expect.

Shortly after your return, you’ll receive an email from us with a short questionnaire about your journey. It only takes 2–3 minutes to complete.

If your luggage is delayed or missing, please report it immediately to an airline representative at the airport. You will need to complete a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). Once your luggage is located, the airline will contact you directly.
If you did not complete a PIR at the airport, please contact your airline as soon as possible.

If your luggage is damaged during transit, you should report it before leaving the airport. If the damage is noticed later, you can still submit a claim within seven days of the date the damage occurred.

Please remember to keep your boarding pass and travel documents until your luggage has been returned or compensation has been issued.

We naturally hope that you’ll be very satisfied with your trip once you return home. However, if any issues arise during your journey, we kindly ask that you report them immediately to the service provider, your tour guide, or directly to Vulkan Travel. This allows us to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Any claims for compensation or price reductions should be submitted to Vulkan Travel as soon as possible after your return.
