The Golden Circle & Silfra pick-up 07:45 AM/9 hrs (G15)
On this full day tour, you will experience some of Iceland’s best known natural phenomena along the Golden Circle. This is combined with a snorkelling tour at Silfra – the fissure between the Eurasian and North American continental plates within the Þingvellir
Join us for a magnificent full-day tour combining Iceland's most iconic sightseeing destinations with one of the world's most unique underwater adventures. We take you along the famous Golden Circle route to experience raw natural power, historical landmarks, and geological wonders, before immersing ourselves in the crystal-clear, heavenly blue waters of the Silfra fissure.
The day features three world-famous stops along the Golden Circle: Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates visibly drift apart. The Geysir geothermal area, home to the highly active Strokkur geyser, which erupts boiling water columns up to 25 metres into the air every few minutes. Last but not least, we visit the mighty Gullfoss waterfall, where roaring torrents of water plunge into a deep rugged canyon.
Following the sightseeing portion, the ultimate highlight of your journey awaits: snorkeling in the Silfra fissure. This otherworldly setting is renowned for its incredible shades of blue and underwater visibility exceeding 100 metres. The pristine glacial water has been filtered through volcanic lava rock for decades, providing a magical sensation of weightlessness as you gently float with the current between two continents.
