Snorkeling in Silfra Pick-up 12:15 AM/5 hrs (G14)

5 hours $250

The opportunity to swim between two tectonic plates doesn't come around often, but on this excursion, that is exactly what you get to try.

Join us for one of Iceland’s most unique and award-winning nature experiences. Into the Blue takes you directly to Thingvellir National Park and into the crystal-clear waters of the Silfra fissure – an otherworldly site famous worldwide for its heavenly shades of blue and underwater visibility exceeding 100 metres.

Silfra is the only place on Earth where you can snorkel directly in the rift between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates. The pristine glacial water has been filtered through underground volcanic lava rock for decades, making it some of the purest and cleanest water found anywhere. During the tour, you will gently drift with the calm current while wearing a high-quality drysuit to keep you warm and dry. The experience provides a magical sensation of weightlessness – a relaxing yet exotic journey into an environment most will only ever see in their dreams.

Our experienced and certified PADI dive guides ensure you receive all necessary equipment, thorough safety briefings, and a fully secure experience from start to finish.
